Pros

* free fitness classes * awesome people * great discount * team-based comminsion can be really good * personal development

Cons

* brutal micro-managament * non-stop proofing yourself to get to the next role * black-out periods and the schedule inflexibility * your whole life is about lululemon; not clear divide between life/work/play

Pros

Great co-workers, and group commission. Good emphasis on life/work balance.

Cons

It is kind of an awkward place to work if you do not consistently work out/ involve yourself with group outings to fitness classes. Also, the store I am happened to work in had a hard time reaching the daily sales goals, which meant we often missed out on daily commission. Sometimes the goals were attainable, but others completely outrageous, like 23,000 on a random Tuesday.
