Pros

Awesome employee benefits- yoga and fitness classes, personal development and vision & goal coaching. Managers that invest in their people and create opportunities for growth.

Cons

It's still a retails business and there are times when being on the sales floor can be challenging.

Pros

Fun environment, co workers have a great attitude, 60% discount on all items if full time 40% if part time

Cons

It easy for people to get their way. You are not allowed to talk about other coworkers so if they are doing something wrong and deny it, your out of luck.

Pros

It's amazing how things just fall into your life - that happened with me and lululemon. Working for this athletic clothing company has not only helped me cultivate my management skills but it has opened all kinds of doors in my personal life. Every day I am given the opportunity to be creative and jump into my own personal development. Not to mention, I work with some of the greatest people I have ever met!

Cons

There are no cons when you get to sweat every day!
