Pros

People I worked with are wonderful. Great entry level / transition job. The focus on fitness and "sweating together" with fellow educators are great and absolutely my favorite part of lululemon. Discounts are great, but that's basically where your pay cheque would go.

Cons

Even though we are encouraged to have fitness in our routine, it is hard to find time to do so between shifts and everything else in life. Low pay for job nature (worked outside of stores). I still to this day do not know who my direct manager is.

Pros

The company culture is incredible. The work life balance can't be beat. I keep going back! Salary is decent for retail and bonuses come in handy. Plus, the discount helps.

Cons

It's retail, so schedule always comes into play. You have to have a flexible schedule to get the position and holiday can be pretty grueling. As always, the quality of work depends on the manager.
