Pros

paid workouts, great product discount, good work/life balance, people first, yearly bonus, one of the least stressful apparel companies I've worked for

Cons

Management/ HR hears your issues but too often reacts too late or not at all, unstable "make to market" calendar, slow to get open head positions filled

Pros

- great benefits (health, dental, prepaid Visa for gyms/studios) - culture of feedback and personal development - transparent business practices allows staff all levels to develop business acumen - flexible work schedules - Fun is a core value

Cons

- rigorous bonus structure for ASM and higher can be difficult to achieve - not your average retail job: be prepared to take on extra projects, work outside of scheduled floor shifts (which can be great, but many people don't expect it) - unless you are willing to move to Vancouver or Toronto, not much upward mobility behind Store Manager in Montreal.
