Pros

Wonderful perks, fabulous culture, a real emphasis on holistic living which translated into enthusiasm for the job

Cons

The culture could be a bit much at times and there were often some cultish vibes (for lack of a better description)

Pros

Tons of opportunities for professional and personal development! lululemon hires great people so you'll consistently be in great company. Workout benefits are a HUGE plus if you're already someone who's active or someone who wants to be more active. Lots of opportunity for internal growth.

Cons

If you're working at store level, you're doing shift work and it sucks. Late nights and weekends aren't awesome.

Pros

I loved the motivational environment. Coworkers were extremely helpful. I really enjoyed my time here. Taught me many sales skills I will use in my future.

Cons

The hour were very inconstant. For being taken on as a seasonal, I knew I would not receive many shifts but I did not think i'd only have less than 10.
