Pros
Lululemon was a very inclusive place to work. The management team put a lot of emphasis on culture and team building and worked you into the role while also helping you build on your own personal goals.
Cons
There was not a lot of communication between management on the certainty of a future with the company or the ability to move up with them. Only at the end of my seasonal contract was it revealed to me how many people would be allowed to stay on. It seemed there was a lack of willingness to continue the relationship despite the positivity that was initially presented.
