Pros

They care about their employees and will go above and beyond to make them happy. Tons of awesome perks - they treat their employees well. Amazing culture

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity to move up in the company to a head office level. There is a ton of room to move up in the retail environment though.

Pros

great perks, work life balance, fun company culture, great teams and people, employee discount was amazing, good benefits (RRSP + employee share plan)

Cons

losing the company culture through hiring all new upper leadership, sometimes a battle to get anything approved due to setting up a ton of alignment meetings

Pros

very inclusive environment and great benefits. One free athletic activity a week for part time employees.

Cons

Very light on training, didn't have a lot of time to get used to the store before the christmas season began. Implied that I would be hired full time after seasonal, but ultimately wasn't
