Pros

It's amazing how things just fall into your life - that happened with me and lululemon. Working for this athletic clothing company has not only helped me cultivate my management skills but it has opened all kinds of doors in my personal life. Every day I am given the opportunity to be creative and jump into my own personal development. Not to mention, I work with some of the greatest people I have ever met!

Cons

There are no cons when you get to sweat every day!

Pros

Health benefits, free fitness classes, goal setting, leadership workshops, facilities, location, great people and conversation.

Cons

The base salary starts quite low, and it takes a lot of time and effort to move up a pay bracket. Long work hours, and sometimes co-workers are a bit full on.
