Cons
Lululemon promotes itself as being very forward-thinking, creative, set your own path, forge your way, set goals, and I guess in the company's words " elevate yourself from mediocrity". HOWEVER, there are many MANY employees, both at the entry and management levels, that have basically learned how to say these things, with no concept of what they actually mean. This results in some pretty ingenious and often outright bizarre interactions with fellow co-workers who have "bought into" rather than genuinely believe in Lululemon's values.
