Cons

Young, immature and inexperienced employees, especially Managers. Lack of balance especially at Manager and Regional Manager level. Working 12-14 hour days is normal without eating and taking 3-4 classes. Information passed down from the Corporate level is very often contradictory. You are immediately judged by your Regional Manager the first minute you meet her, so you better make a good impression as it will last and be passed on to the entire region and company. Judging of others occurs daily. You are constantly pushed and the workload is not evenly distributed in the store. The company holds on to employees that "play the political game". If you don't, you won't last long. It has been brought to my attention by several guests recently that the company has a "snotty" reputation as a whole. You are clearly not rewarded for your hard work and dedication in the store. It is a #'s game. If your store is doing well, you won't get "called out", but if your store is not excelling, you will be ridiculed in front of other employees. Embarrassing, rude and unprofessional.
