Pros

-great discount -fun peers -fun overall company if you are not in a mgmt position

Cons

-managers work non stop - they exaggerate the entrepreneur aspect too much. It is still a public company. -company expects managers to want to do business related items and not get paid

Pros

- free yoga classes - good discount - you can wear comfy attire to work (running shoes & lululemon) - not pushy on sales

Cons

- product knowledge is key; getting to know the clothes is comparable to how waitresses are required to learn their menus. not recommened for students with heavy courseloads -

Pros

Great pay, friendly people, feedback valued, excellent benefits (free yoga!) and discount. Overall a great atmosphere where people care about their jobs and the products and encourage fun.

Cons

People very serious about small issues. More work than a regular retail position because employees must be 'educated' about all products.
