Pros

The discount is the only good thing about working here.

Cons

Pay isn’t worth the stress and workload. Passive aggressively toxic. You’re expected to just accept how horrible it is and not stand up for yourself and ask questions.

Pros

Some good teams Yoga gear and free classes

Cons

Lululemon does not feel like a safe place for people of color or those with disabilities. Lots of toxic passive-aggressive communication, politics, and a lack of helpful communication Toxic place to work, lots of cliques A lack of psychological safety and leadership is more concerned with image than leading

Pros

They care about you. Kind of. Only if you’ve drank the lulu cool aid.

Cons

MAJOR growing pains. Processes are a total mess. Company is trying to scale but they’re challenged with a lack of strong leadership and direction. Tons of new people coming in very confused with the poor structure and rigor.
