Pros

entry level pay and bonus. sweaty pursuits allowance to sweat in local boutique fitness.

Cons

-Schedule not fair and shows favoritism. -Can't ever request weekend off unless you use vacation. -Wage gap is not supportive to leads or assistant managers. Educators and SM are over paid in relation to leads and Assistant Managers. -Company values being institutionalized (tenured) employees and doest not embrace diverse experience that could benefit sales. Cult like mid-senior leadership - too much off the floor time and some manager roles have limited floor leadership. -Store Managers only work one full floor shift a week - how can you know and lead/develop your team if you only work with the same people on every floor shift. - GEL's and AM of Guest Experience are not supported and are in jeopardy of burnout
