Pros

The regular discount is cool, prepaid workout for local classes, get to meet a lot of cool coworkers and guest

Cons

I would probably say this company has drifted toward the middle of the pack in terms of general educator treatment. They have made it harder to work this job and also have a life outside the work place. I would say in the region I worked I had a terrible manager for the almost the last nine months of my employment and he created a bad environment, could not take accountability, and lacked real leadership presence. I have heard this as a repeated theme amongst my region and raises concerns for other educators and stores as well. I would reccommend thinking twice before you apply or accept a job here, the discount is nice but is it worth the work life balance.
