Very little accountability, huge gap between stores and head office, company in general was unrealistically optimistic, bonus structure was not strategic and was much lower then presented in original offer, popularity contest between management, too much focus on 'being cool'.

Some of the managers were very rude (but I had never worked at a retail store before so I can imagine retail managers are rude everywhere). There is a lot of pressure to live and breathe lululemon- wear all the clothes, go to fitness classes with your coworkers, share your life goals. It was bizarre to try to live by the lulu rules.
