Pros

Some very bright and dedicated teams are at mBlox, the teams in Sweden are excellent. There are some very talented people as well.

Cons

This is a tough market that has undergone a huge number of changes that mBlox will struggle to compete with. It's a low margin business and it's not a growing market.

Managers truly listen to you, work with you and make the Job a great place to be. 401k Match, Great PTO arrangements, Fun work events, Awesome Co-Workers, Challenging work that is dynamic and intriguing, Directly accessible from rail transportation. Despite the cons listed, If you do your best work and stay on top of your tasks you will be acknowledged and rewarded. Management is great at encouraging good work.

Cons

Convoluted and redundant work processes, stressful office politics at times, your work sometimes depends on the unsatisfactory work of others, constantly changing operational procedures often lead to confusion,

Pros

Steady Paycheck - also company did have some top-flight individuals working in Network Operations and Client Support

Cons

No new innovation or products have been introduced in years. Functional groups tend to work against one another. Products tend to be oversold to clients making technical support difficult. Complete inability to retain top talent, talent that is necessary to promote and execute innovation.
