Pros

A good place for getting a better grasp on technology. If you are chosen to cold call ALL day, then it can also be a great opportunity to network with others in the industry.

Cons

Poor, unprofessional management that trained employees to cut corners and be unethical. Career-wise, joining this company was the worst decision I ever made, and writing this review is difficult because it's bringing back such awful memories.

Pros

The work is both interesting and challenging, but not unreasonable. I have been with the company for a while now and I enjoy it. Priorities do shift, but never unreasonably. Management makes the job fun. Work-life balance is actually possible with this organization, which is becoming less and less common in the modern world. This is a great place to work and I highly recommend it.

Cons

Benefits are somewhat lacking but not enough to lessen enjoyment in the job.

Pros

As an Account Manager you are actually a Cold Caller. The management will teach you how enterprise software works.

Cons

My job role was sales, with a small salary and commission. I sold software and never was paid commission. The owners micro manage like crazy, sell services they don't have the resources to fulfill, and are unethical. I do not recommend working here.
