Pros

Very strong technology focus, experts in SYBASE, IBM, ORACLE, MICROSOFT and other niche technologies. Very strong onsite presence and experienced team.

Cons

No leader, management was missing, too many things on plate to share. lost focus on service part. people management missing. No other benefits.
