Pros

Branding is way better than product. They spend way to much time on branding than quality for clients. Kitchens (3) but they need them for the late hours you will stay. The working environment has life (not a drab dark room). Good parties. Central location.

Cons

Management needs to learn...well.. management. Truly the worst management i've ever seen. Extraordinarily disorganized. Ego Strokers. Wastes a lot of money on frivolous things. Way over priced for what they deliver.. no sense of unity among workers.
