As the cofounder of mabl, this is important for me to respond personally. We sincerely apologize for the way you have felt/feel at mabl. We take these claims of discrimination in our hiring process, promotion guidelines and work environment very seriously. Our goal is to foster a diverse and truly inclusive workplace. There are several steps to ensure fairness in our hiring process including job descriptions that are inviting to all backgrounds, consistent behavioral interview questions throughout our process, and encouraging our managers, recruiters and agencies to focus on diversity across mabl teams. We also share career matrices across the organization to provide transparency around what it takes to be promoted at mabl.
