Pros

Annual bonus (upon meeting sales targets), Management show compassion to long term employees, CEO allows you to come to work the next day if you are good.

Cons

Management is quick to blame employees for their own process failures. Employees are routinely humiliated in front of other employees and/or customers. Very immature project management techniques.

Pros

Good Project but too many issues with it. The overseas team is fun to work with. They are very knowledgeable and get the job done.

Cons

It is very very stressful environment to work in. There is no one technical in the US office, all technical people who understand the product are overseas, in a different timezone, so bring out your instant messaging typing skills....that should be the highlight of your resume. The 2 owners of the company are always fighting & arguing, cursing each other out (so mute your phones so your customers don't hear it)...There is no professionalism, they do not respect their employees and moreover they put their employees down in front of the customers every chance they get. There is no training available for new employees. You will get hired for a technical position but are not allowed to do anything technical because that skill set it not available in the US office. They will not train you on the internals of that system because the US team themselves do not know, so you are constantly relying on the overseas team for help! The project management is even worst...The owner himself is the PMO, so go figure.... There is no project plan ( there is an excel spreadsheet which they call it Project Plan..ha!), there is no defined workflow/process no real testing takes place. The PMs believe that unit test equals integrated system testing and we can now go live and the catch here is that this event does not take place 2 weeks prior to go live. WOW!!! Bad bad management and very bad project management. The model here - lets hurry up and go live and then we will fix the issues because we didn't do enough testing. IMO - stay away from these guys....

Pros

It's pretty easy work, which can be a con as well. The co-workers are excellent. It's in a great location. The business has been around for 17 years, and their industry seems to have at least a few more years of essentially guaranteed growth.

Cons

Upper management is horrendous. There is yelling between the two owners so loud you have to close your door to hear your callers, and the curse enough that occasionally you drop a call just to make sure the caller doesn't accidentally hear it. There is no organization, no procedures. The company's core business is writing software, but there are no review meetings, no design meetings. Half the time the CEO sees a demo and has no idea what things are because they were done without anyone telling him.
