Red flags everywhere

Pros

- The scheduling seemed reasonable and the founders were kind. - Pretty view of downtown

Cons

- Insensitivity from the trainer, sexual harassment, inappropriate comments. All in the first week! - Company brags about how old their technology is so that they can "save money". - Benefits don't start for three months. No 401(k) option mentioned in handbook.

Just a bit better than retail but not for more than 6 months

Pros

Great coworkers + some good events + office view Free lunches sometimes...... other than that I don’t see anything else

Cons

It’s a call center and you’re expected to do more stuff with the same pay rate . Management sucks, they don’t properly communicate, no raises cause they’d rather hire a new fela to replace you and pay him little less.
