Pros

This company taught me quickly that I should not have to settle for an employer. It taught me to stand up for my values and walk away when I'm sure something is wasting my time.

Cons

I was not with this company for very long. It became very evident, very fast, that this was a case of bait & switch. During the extensive interview process, I was told there was going to be rapid moving up with in the company. My first week in and I could see that senior management was absent, middle management was inadequate, and everyone else was dissatisfied and always in a bad, almost foul mood day in and day out. Apparently calling everyone a "manager" was the rapid move up situation I was promised. They ask you to use the names of former employees to hide from their clients that there is a high turnover within the company. With a 10+ year old company of this size, when 95% of the staff is just a few months old, you've got to wonder what's going on.
