      Pros

      Smart, dedicated, mature, hard working professional, positive, supportive and fun environment. Great benefits, PTO and competitive compensation. A product that is genuinely geared towards creating a more efficient and effective healthcare system and improving outcomes

      Cons

      Not very many cons. Previous experience has taught me the difference between a toxic environment and what a great company, product, culture and team can really be and I think I’ve finally just found that greatness combo here.

      Terrible cliquey leadership, no ownership, profit-driven culture

      Pros

      Decent base salary and benefits.

      Cons

      Culture driven by profits. Nobody loses, but nobody wins. Lack of honesty/integrity. Promise of strategic role, but you'll spend 99% of your time putting out fires. Job openings are all technical because of the lack of U.S.-based engineering resources. Positive reviews are only from India.

      Very dysfunctional work environment, with lots of backstabbing, preferential behavior, and nepotism. Note that all positive reviews are from India not US office
