Pros
1) Great place to improvise your technical skill set. 2) Management is really helpful. They encourage and help in your career aspiration. 3) Freedom to learn skills in different domain. 4) Very talented employees. Work culture is very friendly. 5) Flexible timing.
Cons
Very few senior technical professional to guide and mentor the junior employees.

Pros
There were so many pros earlier but all being taken away by HR and other new leadership team in BLR office.
Cons
1. No cab facility for woman employees. 2. No HR Policies. 3. Office timing 12PM to 8:30 PM (Except for HR) 4. Old Projects 5. No employee engagement programs. 6. No Onsite opportunity. 7. No Job Security. 8. No Work-culture
