      Pros

      Salary perks. Bonus. Time flexibility. Work life balance. Good place for freshmen.

      Cons

      Only one project which is prototyped everyday. Doesn't need seniority for this. A fresher can handle too. Employee groupism is common. Few managers are terrible. No product knowledge and are namesake. Personal politics with each other's. Toolset is not used anywhere and people using this tool don't get job anywhere. Changing domain a lot on rotational basis,which won't help you learn anything in 6 months.

      Some talented folks but bad managers.

      Pros

      I worked with some really talented folks most of us joined from it's parent Group. Got an opportunity to work on multiple projects, most of us worked as a full stack developer.

      Cons

      No more a good company as most of the talented employees have already left the place and company (Bangalore office) is handled by managers who previously worked in Service based organization and they have no idea how a product organization should work. Some good junior talents are still keeping the productivity rate high and giving opportunity to VP and Managers to take credits from US team which they never deserve. Appraisal system is really bad for junior employees.
