- Great opportunities with annual benefits and perks - Paid training with free coffee/fruit - Staff at Mthree are friendly and easy to get along with - Meet like minded fellow alumni and make a lot of connections - 24 hour access to the office - Mthree events hosted fairly regularly

Cons

- After the initial month of training, the communication between the alumni and Mthree staff seemed to diminish and left a few alumni feeling ignored - Although the training was overall good and comprehensive, it could be tailored to account for the varying skill levels across the alumni (i.e: the pace of the learning at times felt slow, and should have included "challenging" exercises for people that have a more technical background)

Pros

The Alumni Scheme provides great access to the investment banking sector. Salary and benefits are excellent and comparable with the sector you are working in. Always felt supported whilst on my placement, as especially initially, it is a challenging position. The Company put a lot of effort into engagement. We have bi yearly appraisals and quarterly events plus a great Christmas and Summer party! Overall it has been a fantastic two years and I am sad to leave but feel prepared for my future in the industry!

Cons

Although the Company put a lot of effort into engagement, it still sometimes feels a bit disconnected but this is to be expected as you work on client site. I would have liked to have been offered more information about staying on with the Company after my two years sooner as I was sad to leave.

Provide an 'in' to working in technology in a bank

Cons

After promising so much to new graduates, the company does very little to deliver. Sufficient training is not provided, benefits are inexplicably cut, and management disregard employee wellbeing and progression. The company does not invest enough into its people, and seems to only be interested in lining the pockets of senior management. Senior management treat staff in an appalling manner, and are less than responsive to any concerns raised.

However, I am sorry that it appears your experience of the programme has not been positive. Obtaining feedback from all our current Alumni is an integral part of our business and helps us improve and we do this on a monthly basis. It is evident that we have failed to obtain your feedback as part of our programme and your experiences have not met your expectations. Therefore, I would really welcome the chance to talk to you about this in more detail so we can identify where we can make improvements to our programme and how we engage with our Alumni graduates more effectively.
