Pros

- Recruiter who reached out to me was very friendly and supportive - Seamless interview process - Training used the in house zyBooks software which delivers a great interactive learning experience by breaking complex topics down into easy to digest steps and asking simple questions to ensure every step is followed by comprehension. - Removes a lot of the stress around getting your first job out of uni as mthree ensures that you are getting the training you need to kickstart your career and that you are placed with the best client suited for you in order to best benefit all parties involved. - Gives you some professional training to put on your resume. This gives a lot more confidence in starting a career in technology as you are no longer a plain graduate with minimal experience. - Paid training means that you can start making money with mthree without having to wait for training to finish and placement to commence.

Cons

- It is possible you are taking a pay cut because of the consultancy fee that goes to mthree but this is not noticeable and is probably negligent considering this pays for the training you are given. Also you may not have been able to get the position you are looking for without the assistance of mthree. - Less choices in the work you do as you are limited to mthree's clients
