Pros

I was having a lot of trouble finding a position and especially graduating at the height of the coronavirus lock down I was feeling pretty pessimistic. When I first got in contact with mthree, the opportunity they were offering seemed too good to be true, but having gone through the training program and been placed I can say it really is as good as it sounds. They provided a great training program with a generous stipend, and set me up with interviews while training so that I was prepared to step into a role immediately following the training course. They were very communicative the whole time. I spoke most frequently with Maxim, who called weekly to keep me updated on the process. He always answered any questions I had and was incredibly helpful and encouraging in preparing me for the interviews and later for my role. The job benefits are great, too, and honestly everyone I've spoken to at mthree has been very kind and encouraging. An all around great opportunity!

Cons

As a CS grad, the training could at times feel a little rudimentary, but honestly even that was okay as it was nice to be refreshed on the basics and then be prepared to take on more complex topics on the job.

Pros

- As a graduate they place you in as a consultant on a two year 'grad scheme-esque' programme in a tier 1 investment bank which provides opportunity that you wouldn't normally get. - They have an astonishing client portfolio- a lot of the top wall street banks. - Good communication with their consultants - Friendly, welcoming, good culture - Paid 4 week training on-site - Regular events organised - Regular salary increases every 6 months for duration of contract. Final year salary is pretty competitive.

Cons

- Can be slow to reply to you when needed, and often re-schedule meetings although this is a symptom of their growing/scaling pains - Poor salary in the first 6 months (for London), but post 6 months this increases to a competitive level.
