Pros

Wiley paves the way for huge brands while training candidates with the trending industry requirements. It is indeed a wonderful opportunity for freshers.

Cons

Though I didn't personally spot any con at Wiley, It could be better to not slack off during the training. As the training plays a very critical role later during the actual work period.

Great opportunity to advance in your career

Pros

-Great Communication since day 1 -Provide a 5 to 6 weeks of training with an acceptable stipend (~$15 per hour) -They are very active in arranging interviews and placing candidates in Big Firms. -Offer all the Benefits and 15 days of vacation. -They have a well-earned reputation for providing Companies with high-quality candidates. -I was able to get hired by a leading Financial Institution, without any background in the Finance world.

Cons

-This is not really a con, but be aware that until you get hired directly by the institution where you are working, you will be earning ~ 40% less than the salary you will have once you do the conversion. Nevertheless in my case was totally worth it,
