Regarding the contract length, this does vary depending on the client. Our contracts are either 1-2 years, depending on the client you're aligned with. This length of contract helps to ensure that you receive all of the training required to help you be successful with the client for the long term.
This salary is also very competitive for entry-level roles, especially considering the resources that are made available to you.
