Pros

Strong product-market fit and a ton of ownership from day one. The people are the best part: low-ego, genuinely smart, and refreshingly free of corporate games. There's a shared sense that everyone wants both the company and each other to win. Leadership is kind, competent, and humble, which sets the tone for the whole place.

Cons

Workload and expectations both run high. I don't really count that as a negative, but it's worth going in with eyes open. Hypergrowth brings its own growing pains, and while the company is handling them well right now, that's the kind of thing worth watching. Hoping it holds.

Pros

Refreshing environment & culture. Genuinely low-ego, smart people who want the best for the company. Lot's to do and doesn't seem to be too many barriers to get things done. Exciting growth trajectory.

Cons

Not many so far - there is a solid foundation for stage of growth, some things need to be built, other things are more developed than I expected. Some teams could do with further resource/alignment on strategy as we scale.

Thanks for sharing this, especially so early in your time here. Hearing that the culture and the people feel as described is genuinely good to read. The observation about resource and strategic alignment across some teams is fair. Growing quickly means different areas are at different stages of maturity, and that unevenness is real. It's something we're actively working through as we scale, not something we're waiting to address. The advice to stay connected to the mission resonates too. That thread is easy to lose at pace, and keeping it strong is worth the deliberate effort. If you'd like to share more specific thoughts at any point, the People team is always open!

Pros

- Great product - Huge interest from customers - The company scaled exponentially in 2025 - Wonderful talent all around the company

Cons

- No contingency plan for hypergrowth - Lack of GTM strategy, always firefighting instead of slowing growth to tackle issues

Thank you for sharing your experience and for your contributions during your time with us. We’re glad to hear you valued the product, the team, and the strong growth the company experienced: those are all things we care deeply about. We also appreciate your candid feedback on workload, planning, and GTM focus during a period of rapid scaling. Hypergrowth can bring real challenges, and we’re continuously working to improve how we balance growth with structure, prioritization, and support for our teams. Your suggestions around sustainability and investing in support are well taken and align with areas we’re actively evolving. We've already hired 15 support engineers this year to date, and a lot more are planned. Thank you again for your thoughtful input, and we wish you all the best in your next chapter.
