Pros
Salary and benefits are very generous, able to work from home one day a week, beer on tap every Friday at 4 PM, company or department-wide parties to celebrate our achievements, and so much more.
The above things are great, but the best thing about this place is the people. Everyone I've met so far has been amazing, very nice and very supportive. Managers truly want you to succeed at your career, not just what you're working on every day. This is the first job I've had where I actually remember everyone's names!
