Pros

Really cool product central to the lending industry that has ripples across the entire economy. Feel like our work matters

Cons

There was very many cliques internally and the CSM team always kinda felt looked down upon by others like product & sales.

Pros

Good company, especially great middle management

Cons

Going the way of most shareholder owned companies. Greed. More cuts for higher profits at the top. Shareholder value etc.

We're glad to hear our management team is making a positive impact. Our benefits have evolved as we've grown as a company. We regularly benchmark against industry standards to remain competitive and make adjustments with both our employees and the company's long-term health in mind. Our people are at the center of everything we do, and we're committed to supporting our team as we continue to evolve. As a public company, we balance priorities across our employees, customers, and shareholders. These decisions are never taken lightly and are made to support continued growth and stability. We appreciate your continued contributions.

Used to be a great place to work

Pros

* There are still a few OGs that have stayed through the bad times holding down the fort that are talented and fun to work with (gave an extra star for these wonderful people) * Good place to get experience with AI you can then apply at a better company * Work-life balance is excellent because no real work ever gets done * There's a pinball machine that works sometimes * It's a place to work in tech in Wilmington if you live there and have low standards / self-respect

Cons

* AI is literally a religion to the ELT. They are obsessed with replacing people with AI, and applying large language models to everything possible, even when it makes no sense to * Layoffs, penny-pinching, slashing benefits, bad incentives, a buffet of hubris, paying for what used to be free drinks * Constantly acquiring useless companies instead of committing to finishing projects * The size of the company since going public has attracted an army of button-up wearing business people that contribute no value yet make it impossible to get anything done * Neverending identity crisis over being built on Salesforce but with no real plan to address it
