Pros

Mostly great people to work with who genuinely try to get the job done to the best of their ability. When I started there I honestly thought it had the best culture of any company I'd worked at - e.g. when you contacted someone you did not know to ask for help, they would generally do their best to help you. I was given the freedom and trust to make the decisions needed to perform my job to the best of my ability.

Cons

Why do companies bang on about leadership when they promote poor leaders? I managed to get through a stressful incident involving another employee which was poorly managed by my direct boss and eventually resolved by HR. Some time later I was made redundant - a decision which made no financial sense for the company as there was no-one else who could effectively do my job.

We carefully evaluate our needs within each market, including Canada, to ensure we have the right balance of support for our customers. While we do make organizational adjustments based on business needs, we understand the impact these have on our teams. Your points about team building and celebrating wins resonate. Creating opportunities for connection and recognition is very important to us, and we welcome feedback that helps us identify where we can do better in bringing teams together and acknowledging successes.
