      Pros

      Great company, great coworkers, great culture (in-house kegs open every Friday afternoon, ping pong and video games upstairs) and I've never felt this productive in my life before. I find myself coming home at the end of the day and logging back in after a few hours to finish what I was working on earlier.

      Cons

      There are the generic "growing pains" with such a young company obviously, but I doubt it's anything unique to nCino. This is definitely felt as a dev (business requirements aren't really decided until after you do dev work) but it's nothing I'd lose sleep over at this point. Also, personally as a dev, I am not a huge fan of working with Salesforce, but that's probably a me-problem.

      Pros

      It is not uncommon for the CEO will walk around office and thank people for their hard work. Freedom to come up with ideas and execute those ideas. Each employee can be their self and still fit in.

      Cons

      nCino can be scary for people who like to hide or wait to be told what to do next. Another con could be that nCino is not a place for people who want to get lost/forgotten in a corporate environment and who don’t want to have a lot of responsibility. Since this is a fast paced company, another con would be having to learn every day and share the knowledge with your team. Constantly learning can be too much work for some people, and they should stay away from nCino if that’s the case..

      Pros

      Management that empowers employees. I have been here for 6 months now and have never felt so at home while at work. My boss is supportive and does not micromanage. The office is open and lively, the people are unique and friendly, and the CEO has a vision that everyone strives for.

      Cons

      Comes with basic uncertainties that all start-ups experience. If you like a lot of structure and direction and basic 9-5 job then might not be best for you!
