      Work life balance Great exposure in a banking industry Health insurance coverage Great opportunity to learn early in the career.

      Cons

      Sometimes it gets hectic but management ensures that it comes back systematically. 3 days office policy, I still think 2 days should be mandatory, but office environment is amazing.
