Pros

You will feel it the very first time you walk in the door at nCino, whether it is for work, an interview or just to visit... there is a undeniable energy that you get when EVERY single employee is vested in the success of the business and are all "rowing" in the same direction. Some people search their entire career to find an opportunity like this and never do.... So many Pro's its hard to list - Creative, Innovative Company that is quickly becoming a POWERHOUSE in the financial services industry at a remarkable pace.

Cons

In my time at the company I can honestly say I have not experienced any "Cons". It is a great work environment, great people, great benefits and you are challenged every day to stretch yourself for the betterment of you as an individual and for the company.

Pros

nCino is revolutionizing banking - by putting customers and employees first and offering a product that the market desperately needs. Imagine if your job was to help your customers win, be their partner AND you had the ability to really make a difference every day. That's nCino. Lots of big companies talked about "putting you name on the mailbox" and taking ownership, but this is the first one I've worked for where I feel the pride of being an integral part of something amazing and I know I have the freedom to make a mistake if I'm trying to do the right thing for our customers. My leaders work as hard or harder than I do. Even in roles where you naturally have competition, everyone wants to ensure we all succeed, because we are all shareholders.

Cons

If you've only worked in large companies, being truly empowered can be scary at first. That said, there's always support if you need it.

Pros

Pros: -Employee Perks: benefits are stellar, neat programs such as Stand Up Paddle boarding free for employees, free coffee/sodas/snacks all the time... they really take care of their employees! -The Culture: everyone works hard, has a good attitude, and you don't feel like you have people watching your every move. There is a sense of trust and responsibility for all. -The People: friendly, helpful, go-getters, fun! -The Pay: nCino offers lots of opportunity for growth... Coming from a job with a set salary that rarely had minimal (2-3%) raises every few years, it's hard to even compare. -The Product: the nCino product WORKS, it is efficient, and it's something I feel I can proudly represent.

Cons

-Not really a con, but... since it is a start-up company, it was an adjustment for me to comprehend that there isn't any sort of "rule book" I had to follow for everything. When I first started, I wanted some sort of guideline to follow; however, I find it very refreshing to make my own processes and to have that freedom now that I have gotten the swing of things.
