Pros

Outstanding company culture, and everyone wants their coworkers to succeed.

Cons

It is still a small company, and insurance is a struggle, as Blue Cross in Utah does not cover Intermountain Health Hospital and clinics.

Thank you for taking the time to post about your experience at nCino. It's great to hear that you are enjoying your time with the company. And we agree - the company culture is fantastic! Our six core values are so much more than just words - they truly come to life at nCino! And we hear you on the insurance coverage in Utah. It's a challenge and why we offer a differentiated plan there that employees can purchase if they are not satisfied with the coverage area. We continue to research other alternatives. Thank you again for your post. We appreciate you!

Pros

The people I worked with were extremely kind and supportive. I learned a lot of new technologies and the free snacks are great.

Cons

Growth opportunities seem a bit limited. There's also not a clear pipeline to being hired full time, at least at the moment.
