Thank you for taking the time to post your experience. We love to hear from our current employees. And thank you for 3 - 4 years of service. That's fantastic! On your suggestion of working remotely, unfortunately we are a back to office company. That decision was made quite a while ago based on the belief that collaboration and innovation was not occurring to the degree needed. We have seen multiple proof points where the decision has made a very positive difference in the quality and timeliness of delivery of our products and services. We recognize that the decision may not be a match with everyone's wishes. However, we hope everyone understands that the decision was made with the company's success in mind - something from which we all benefit. But again, we do understand that the decision may not align with some employee's desires and we appreciate you making the suggestion. Again thank you for your post. We appreciate you!
