Company has good bones, great benefits, great people.

Cons

The consistent acqusitions have been posing a lot of operational issues. It seems like the acqusitions keep coming and are never strategically integrated into the company/product. The backoffice teams are completely underwater with attempting to get these integrations going.

Top notch talent across the globe. We are so fortunate! We do hear you on the pace of change as it relates to the acquisition of new companies. We have been so fortunate to acquire the companies we have welcomed into the nCino family to date and those acquisitions have been a key piece of our growth strategy. However, we do realize that M&A activities always create a strain on our team in terms of the integration. We are so appreciative of the hard work everyone has put into ensuring our newly acquired team members are welcomed so warmly into the company. We will continue to grow both organically and inorganically as both are key to our continued growth and success. And we will also continue to grow our capabilities in terms of the actual integration so that these actions become less and less of a challenge to our internal teams. I have been with nCino for a little over a year. The leadership in this department is amazing. I have not worked at a company before where not only can I pop into the Chief People Officer’s office, but he actively discusses my career development. That approach is demonstrated by all the leaders in the department. I honestly feel appreciated and do not feel a hierarchy exists in our department. I’m also thrilled by the number of women on the People Operations leadership team. That is inspiring! We have a lot of work to do but there is an appreciation for our work. And we have fun. We just had an amazing holiday party that was so much FUN! It sounds silly perhaps but I love my job, the People Operations team and my colleagues!

Cons

There is a lot of change to navigate and it sometimes makes you feel you have to discard some work that had taken a lot of time.
