Pros

Lower leadership is truly fantastic. Some of the best people I've ever worked with. My immediate team is wonderful.

Cons

Those who make decisions have shown with increasing transparency over the last several months that concern for the employees is low priority. They promised flexibility. They said we would never be fully in person again after seeing how productive we were working from home. They now pretend that was never said. Everyone is forced to be in the office all day, every day. No compensation consideration. They say how important our people are, then do the wrong thing by us in the same breath. We've all been duped. The culture charade is bright and shiny, and they let managers do just enough to pacify us. But when it comes down to it, those with the right attitude and focus have no real power. They've also recently changed from being paid once a month to twice a month, right in time for us to lose out on that extra payday that comes every 6 months. We are not paid competitively for the market. They're shifting the career ladder and merit raises to align with company interests, not to support the employees. It's become a corporation, and it feels like they'd rather just replace anyone who won't fall in line.

Pros

Lot's of good people working there. Good low level leadership team.

Cons

Increasingly toxic and unethical company. It's been an amazing change over the last couple years. Pay is below average with expectation of constant overtime without pay. nCino product isn't good and gets worse every release. Forced return to office makes no sense and breaks promises made by leadership. They promote work/life balance and then expect 100%+ utilization. New hire training is lacking and internal resources are a mess.
