Pros

- the benefits are decent… poor 401k but good healthcare - they try to make it “fun” but then you have so much work that it takes away from personal life - it’s a great place to start your career, not stay!

Cons

- Truly, I know so many people applying other places… everyone is getting offers for min $20,000+ more. I personally know people who have left and taken job offers for 20-35% more pay, same healthcare, better 401k and work LESS hours. - They hire new people for same pay when you’ve been here for years (even when top performer and over working yourself)… which is why a lot of the people who have been here awhile are jumping ship.

Increasingly toxic workplace

Pros

-Coworkers are amazing on a whole. They really care about you and are always willing to give a hand -nCino pays for the insurance premiums, which is nice. HSA card is nice too -I got a merit raise alongside my team

Cons

This workplace is becoming increasingly toxic since the company went IPO, and it shows. Everyone is overworked and management does not care and is unwilling to lift burdens. Recently, my team and I brought up concerns we had about morale and workload and burnout to the managers and asked if we could extend some deadlines on last minute assignments given to us, and the answer was basically no. We have a new manager in particular who refused to compromise on last minute project deadlines he gave to us even when we TOLD him we were overworked. He basically said “well I don’t think this project will take that much time” but he’s only been here for a few months so he has NO idea what our workload looks like. On a corporate level, they’re forcing everyone to RTO even though we were asked back in May our preference for working and I said I wanted to WFH and was designated as a remote employee. But in November the CEO sends out this email that says “sorry everyone has to RTO next year because I said so.” I asked about precautions being taken due to the pandemic and other illnesses springing up in the winter and HR was like “we’re not going to take anymore safety precautions but if you feel uncomfortable wear a mask and don’t come into work sick” even though I KNOW some people have come into the office when they weren’t feeling well. This place is a sinking ship, and it shows with the high turnover rate. My health has gotten worse since the toxicity increased, and I see it around all my coworkers. The only reason I'm still here is because I haven't found a better job. Stay away from this place. I would not recommend ANYONE works here.
