Pros

nGROUP is very entrepreneurial and performance driven. Self driven performers do well and are well compensated. Opportunity to grow with internal training and expectation to improve yourself through nGROUP University, outside classes, reading, or other methods. The systems are repeatable and proven successful. Customer focused.

Cons

If you are not ambitious and energetic, you won't fit in to the fast paced environment. nGROUP and their customers have high expectations for performance and results.

Great Upper Level Management, Middle Management Lacking

Pros

Upper management was very engaged and receptive to the needs of their employees. They appeared to be genuinely concerned about the well being of individuals.

Cons

Middle level management was very unprofessional, often embarrassing hourly employees in front of others. Very long hours on and off the job were expected, with little praise for accomplishments, instead focusing on perceived negatives.

I have the opportunity to be expose to multiple facilities and learn the application of the amazing model that nGroup hold , providing true partnership thru integrity to their client . nGroup also refer to its clients as a partner and pursue to become a trusted advisor , they treat employee in the same way. The executive team is very smart people and helpful to each other.

Cons

Travel can become stress from time to time
