Pros

Co-workers are wonderful people. Technology is cool. Potential to be a great company with the talented team of employees is present.

Cons

Mid level & upper management are pretty much clueless of their own short comings. Compensation is lousy. Morale among senior employees is low. More & more demands placed on already overworked/under paid employees. Good people leaving in droves in search of greener pastures.

Pros

Nothing is cooler than laser technology. There are a lot of talented people at the company, and many managers are dedicated to helping employees learn and succeed.

Cons

Poor upper management, which is even more unfortunate because the company is so top heavy. The culture is somewhat passive-aggressive. Below average pay.
