Pros

They treat drivers with respect. Most nexAir managers will have your back until there is a reason not to have it. Their starting pay is above average. Raises come regularly and commensurate with performance.

Cons

Benefits are average, not bad but not great either. They don't pay for 30 minute (DOT) break and it's taken out of paycheck after 6 hours instead of 8 hours. They don't guarantee a 40 hour workweek.
