they treat the employees in the field locations well. some are life employees.

Cons

stay away from a corporate job. management is married to the company AND to the execs. your boss is the gatekeeper, if he/she doesnt like you, you will hate every day of your life that you breach the threshold of that building. the other helpdesk reviews are on point. look at the gatekeeper.
