Pros

Not much beyond being able to out of the office a lot if you have clients.

Cons

Client service is second to whatever management is doing that month. There's no way to make any money at this place and it's set up like a pyramid scheme. Co-workers were not very professional and seemed nice but not very experienced.

Pros

Onshore is am amazing place to learn. The environment and friendly and supportive. It is very laid back however effective. I have loved working at onShore and recommend it to anyone who is looking to learn a LOT in Tech. Everyone from Sales, to TAM's, to the Engineering team is like a family, and the C level team is available for ideas and suggestions to improve the business.

Cons

The only con at onshore is that because it is a small business it does not pay as well as biggest organizations. However, there's other benefits like flexibility and work life balance.

Pros

Open to new ideas, fast-paced environment, great learning opportunity, quarterly progress reports, laid-back culture, available access to upper management

Cons

Low pay compared to market rates, very little training and support -- you have to teach yourself and hope you do well, offered too many products -- easy to get lost in offerings
