Pros

Great leadership team. The Tech staff is friendly and always willing to pitch in. CEO vision is communicated at every monthly meeting. You will learn much aboutany different aspects of working at one of the first MSPs in Chicago. This company will take your skillsets to the next level. Great place for relaxed work attire, tats, hair, music centric

Cons

Churn due to lack of people willing to cross train. Needs better Sales Engineering Staff. More direct management of team as CEO and CTO are extremely busy but makes themselves available if scheduled. Could reinvent with the right folks in place

Pros

Ability to handle issues on production environments for Windows/Linux with little to no experience. Higher level techs ( and there are maybe 2 ) are very knowledgeable and helpful to lower level techs, and know client systems well.

Cons

Super low pay for expected work, hours and holidays. Managers (i.e. owners) are stuck in the early 90's and refuse to see people they view as untouchable are driving the company down, and are not pulling their weight. Pointing out any negatives in policy or mistakes is frowned upon. There is no drive to monetize systems as most MSP's do, the cloud in the owners mind exists in the Data center, but in reality they have no cloud, at best it is a light fog.

Pros

The only pro that I can think of is that it is easy to get hired as a response technician.

Cons

I did not spend much time at onshore networks but I did get a chance to observe a few things. 1. Low pay for the tech industry. I was shocked to find out that techs that had been working there for over 3 years were not making more than what a McDonalds employee might get if the minimum wage was raised to what they have been talking about. 2.The manager of the team I was on routinely used profanity at not only people under him but to other managers and my coworkers said that he even used it towards executives above him in rank. 3. Absolutely no training. New employees are thrown out into the wild and have to fend for themselves. 4. Low morale at the company. People I talked to when my shift began and ended routinely talked about leaving the company and some of the discussions were very depressing.
