Cons

Management changes quickly and does not communicate changes in the directive. Wage stagnation amongst tenured employees, valuing turn over. Does not train engineers or value career progression.

Cons

The production environment is very fast paced and constantly changing. Production line is not as stable so expect different problems from day to day as management monitors the yield daily and have high expectations. Expect constant phone or text communication during weekend if some problem breaks out. Work-life balance is not as good for people in production.
